Premium Frames

If you make the decision to protect your crops without the aid of chemicals, then using covers is essential.  And to use covers effectively you need to have decent frames.  

Our premium frames come in stylishly engineered sections which can be easily dismantled and stored when not in use.  They are made from 1 1/4 inch aluminium tubing with 3mm thick walls.  This makes them incredibly strong - they'll easily take the weight of a 13 stone man.  The frames are 135cm wide by 60cm high and enable the beds to take all of our crop protection covers. These frames come as standard with all of our premium kit beds, and are optional on our installed beds.  

If you are planning on growing taller crops such as sprouts, we are able to provide longer uprights, taking the total height of the frames to 1 metre.

Fixing these premium frames into the actual body and the sides of our premium beds gives them huge strength - they're really robust and will withstand very high winds.
